We utilise our mobile fully equipped service fleet and trained staff, and we have 13 service vehicles servicing the Sydney Region, this combined with our workshop repair facility ensures you that every step is taken to provide you with the level of response and service that is necessary to keep your plant and equipment in service.

Response Time
Class A: Response within 2 hours of call placement.
Class B: Response within 4 hours of call placement.
Class C: Response time within 2 to 3 days of call placement.
Communication with Client
Method 1: All calls of an urgent nature will be via Mobile phone or fixed line between offices. Being for class A & B.
Method 2: Use of Emails and or Fax where the breakdown is of a Class C category.
Repair Times
Dependant on the nature and criticality of the breakdown repair times will be kept to an absolute minimum; this will be aided by utilising the Matrix stock of spare Pumps and Motors where available.
Workshop Backup and In-House Resources
Electromech HVAC Specialist has the facility to affect all repairs on all types of Electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, as well as other mechanical and electrical products. We have a fully equipped machine shop. This facility and our experienced staff ensure that all critical and urgent works will be managed effectively.
Confined Space Works
Electromech HVAC Specialist has 4 Confined Space trained personnel directly employed to carry out works of this nature, as well as specialised subcontractors who work closely with our team when and where required.
This type of work sometimes requires pits to be cleaned and inspected; this is also part of our total service.
